• Tank is divided into two compartments or more

• Every tank compartment contains a manhole.

• The manhole cover is ADR type, equipped with vapor recovery connector, pressure and vacuum valve and overfilling optical sensor.

• The tank manhole covers are designed to provide secure closure and easy opening.

• The ADR manhole cover is protected from damage in the event of vehicle overturn.

• Every tank compartment contains an emergency bottom valve, separate API valve.

• The bottom valves will be pneumatically controlled from the rear compartment and contain shear groove, a fusible section and auxiliary control near the driver cabin door.

• Tank is equipped with a suitable grounding method (electrostatic eliminating device), bonding copper cables 8m with connected copper wedge and standard ADR sockets.

• Tank body and truck chassis permanently connect to the earth by a chain.

• Level indicators, upper longitudinal basin with drain pipping and drain valve at piping end.

• The tank is marked in accordance with the local traffic regulations, or equivalent.

• Bottom side of the tank is protected by metal cords or cross members.

• Fixation of tank on truck chassis will be in a complete conformity with chassis manufacturer rules.

• A breathing or vapor recovery system is mounted on tank side.

• The vapor recovery system delivers its outlet to safe side moisture trap with drain valve.

• Tank body with its accessories doesn’t the whole truck width

• Rear cabinet contains the discharge system, valves and operation control.

Fuel tank equipped pumping systems:

• Hydraulically operated charging & discharging pump with flow meter.

• Suitable shutoff valve on the pump discharge line to allow using gravity connection

• The hydraulic system contains a pressure gauge- the system pump is directly mounted on transmission PTO and pneumatically controlled.

• Discharging non-collapsible hose reel with the length of 15-meter hose, 2” diameters max resistance of 1 Ohm with a swivel jet.

• Discharging non-collapsible hose reel with the length of 20-meter hose, 1” diameters max resistance of 1 Ohm with a swivel jet.
